About Songhai Model
In December 2016, the President instructed the Ministry of Gender, Labour and Social Development to pilot the Songhai Model. The Songhai model combines plant production, animal production, and fish farming with each of these units energising one another. The idea of Songhai came from Father Godfrey Nzamujo, who is a Dominican Priest with doctorate degrees in Electronics, Microbiology, and Development Science.
